As a fully trained fitness trainer who specialises in exercise for pregnant and post-natal women, it’s truly my passion to offer exercise for everybody.

Mum and Baby Fitness Classes 

As a mum, your health and wellbeing matter greatly. You should always receive the support you need when returning to exercise, which is why I created these classes. My mum and baby classes are designed to help you recover safely, rebuild strength, and enjoy movement again—all with your baby by your side! With my advanced training in postnatal wellness, you can trust that every session is safe, effective, and supportive.
