My personal training is for everyone, but I specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness. This means my sessions are fully adaptable to any issues such as Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Diastasis Recti.

As an Advanced Postnatal Exercise and Wellness Practitioner and Advanced Pregnancy Exercise and Wellness Practitioner, I bring specialised knowledge and care to every session. I started my business not just to help with physical goals like weight loss, toning, and strength, but also to be a supportive guide who champions positive body image and mental well-being.
For me, fitness is about so much more than exercise - it’s about helping you feel good inside and out.

I’m worried I won’t be able to do much after having a babyThat’s 100% okay. In fact, that’s why I’m here to help you – our bodies recover at different times and in different ways. My training is tailored specifically for you and your goals.

What should I bring?A drinks bottle, all other equipment is provided for you.

How long are the training sessions?They are 50 minutes.

I'm a bit far from Leicester, is there an alternative?Yes, I also offer online personal training via my app. You will still receive personalised workouts, nutritional guidance and weekly-check-ins, but all from the comfort of your own home! it costs £125 for 6 weeks
