Hi, I’m Sam, your friendly fitness instructor here at SLC Fitness. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where everyone, no matter their fitness level, feels supported and inspired. Whether you’re looking to tone up, get more active, or simply have fun while exercising, I have a class for you!

Barre Fitness Classes

Dance Fitness Classes

Where are the training sessions held?At HLP Therapy, 1A Clarence Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 2BB

How much are personal training sessions?£35 for a 1:1 training sessions, block booking discounts are available (includes access to my fitness app to log your progress).

I’m worried I won’t be able to do much after having a babyThat’s 100% okay. In fact, that’s why I’m here to help you – our bodies recover at different times and in different ways. My training is tailored specifically for you and your goals.

What should I bring?A drinks bottle, all other equipment is provided for you.

How long are the training sessions?They are 50 minutes.

I'm a bit far from Leicester, is there an alternative?Yes, I also offer online personal training via my app. You will still receive personalised workouts, nutritional guidance and weekly-check-ins, but all from the comfort of your own home! it costs £125 for 6 weeks
