A Safe Start to Fitness: Designed specifically for postnatal recovery, these classes help you ease back into exercise with adaptations for common conditions like Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Diastasis Recti.

Expert Guidance: With my postnatal expertise, I’ll support you in every session, and you’ll be pre-screened with a questionnaire to ensure the workouts suit your individual needs.

Holistic Support: I collaborate with Women’s Health Physios and a C-Section Scar specialists, so you’ll have access to referrals if needed.

No Childcare Needed: Your baby is always welcome, creating a stress-free way to prioritise your health while bonding with your little one.
What Happens in a Class?
Each 45-minute session is carefully planned to target your postnatal fitness goals. We include a mix of:

Cardio to boost your energy and stamina

Weight training to build strength and lift correctly

Body conditioning using resistance bands to activate the glutes

Core and pelvic floor exercises to safely rebuild stability and strength
You’ll leave every class feeling revitalised, dripping with sweat and with a smile on your face!
When and where?
I run Mum and Baby Exercise Classes three mornings a week at convenient locations in Leicester:
Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, 10:15–11:00 am at Cosby Village Hall, LE9 1RN
and
Friday mornings, 10:15–11:00 am at Blaby and Whetstone Boys Club, LE8 6LW

How much are personal training sessions?£35 for a 1:1 training sessions, block booking discounts are available (includes access to my fitness app to log your progress).

I’m worried I won’t be able to do much after having a babyThat’s 100% okay. In fact, that’s why I’m here to help you – our bodies recover at different times and in different ways. My training is tailored specifically for you and your goals.

What should I bring?A drinks bottle, all other equipment is provided for you.

How long are the training sessions?They are 50 minutes.

I'm a bit far from Leicester, is there an alternative?Yes, I also offer online personal training via my app. You will still receive personalised workouts, nutritional guidance and weekly-check-ins, but all from the comfort of your own home! it costs £125 for 6 weeks
